This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, safeguard, and retain your information when you use our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Service.
2. Data Processing Principle
We design our Service with the principle of data minimization. To provide our AI-driven photo editing functionalities (the "Retake" feature), we operate on an image-to-image generation mechanism.
This means our Service does not require users to upload extensive photo datasets to train a customized, user-specific AI model. Instead, we solely process the specific photograph you select for editing, along with any contextual inputs you provide (such as text prompts or reference images). The processing is executed to generate the modified output instantly. We do not build, extract, store, or train permanent biometric profiles or personal face models from your images.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Service. The types of information we collect include:
(a) Information You Provide Us Directly
- Target Images (User Content): When you use our App to edit a photo, we collect the specific image you select and upload from your device's camera or photo gallery. We do not access your entire photo album.
- Text Prompts and Reference Images: Our Service includes interactive editing features driven by artificial intelligence. If you utilize these features, we collect the text instructions (prompts) you enter and any additional reference images you upload to guide the AI in applying specific edits to your target image.
- Account Information (Optional): If you choose to register for an account, we may collect your name, email address, and login credentials.
- Customer Support Communications: If you contact us for support, troubleshooting, or feedback, we collect your email address and any content, including screenshots or photos, you include in your message.
(b) Face Data
Because our App provides photo enhancement features, the images you upload may contain human faces ("Face Data"). In compliance with applicable privacy laws and platform policies, we declare the following regarding Face Data:
- No Facial Recognition: We do not utilize facial recognition technologies or systems designed to uniquely identify a specific individual.
- No Biometric Templates: We do not extract, create, or store biometric identifiers, facial geometry, or biometric templates from your photographs.
- Purpose: The Face Data within your uploaded images is solely processed temporarily to apply technical image-to-image AI transformations (e.g., facial adjustments, stylistic changes, or feature refinements based on your prompts) to deliver the requested editing functionality.
(c) Subscription and Transaction Information
Our App offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions via Google Play.
- Payment Processing: All payment details (such as credit card numbers and billing addresses) are handled directly and securely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your raw payment information.
- Purchase Data: We receive transaction identifiers, order history, purchase timestamps, and subscription status (e.g., active, expired, canceled) from Google Play. We use this data solely to grant you access to premium features, manage your auto-renewable subscriptions, and resolve billing inquiries.
(d) Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: We collect technical information about the mobile device you use, including the hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
- Usage Data & Analytics: We automatically collect data regarding your interactions with the App, such as the features utilized, session duration, and crash reports. This data helps us measure traffic, understand usage trends, and improve the Service.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Providing the Service: To process your uploaded images, apply the AI transformations guided by your text prompts or reference images, and deliver the final edited content to your device.
- Managing Subscriptions: To verify your purchase history, unlock premium features, and administer your subscription status in accordance with our Terms of Service.
- Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, troubleshoot technical errors, and improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models (Note: processing is aggregated, and your specific target images are not manually reviewed unless explicitly provided for customer support).
- Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and assist with technical or billing issues.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor for suspicious activity, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the integrity of the App.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or User Content. We may share your information only under the following circumstances:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Our AI processing requires substantial computational resources. We securely transmit your selected photos, reference images, and text prompts to our trusted third-party cloud service providers (Google Cloud) strictly for the purpose of executing the AI generation. These providers act as data processors, are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
- Analytics and Advertising Partners: We may share automatically collected, anonymized, or aggregated data (such as Device IDs) with third-party analytics and advertising networks (e.g., Google Analytics, AdMob) to analyze app performance and, if applicable, serve personalized advertisements.
- Legal Compliance and Authorities: We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requests, law enforcement inquiries, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any material changes to the handling of your data in such events.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We adhere strictly to a retention policy based on the necessity of providing the Service:
- Images and Prompts: The target images, reference images, and text prompts you upload for editing are stored temporarily on our servers only for the duration required to complete the AI processing. Once the final edited image is returned to your device, the original uploads and the generated results are automatically and securely deleted from our servers within 30 days.
- Subscription Data: We retain your purchase history and subscription status for as long as you maintain an active account or subscription with us, as necessary for financial auditing and compliance.
- Account Data: If you register an account, we retain your profile information until you request its deletion. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and organizational measures to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and our servers, including your photos and prompts, are protected using strong encryption protocols (such as TLS/SSL). However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., the GDPR in the European Union, the CCPA in California, or the LGPD in Brazil), you may possess specific rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Right of Access: The right to request information about the personal data we process about you.
